How do I send The Anonymous Letter?

The Anonymous letter exists to help you find your voice and express yourself without the fear of the repercussions associated with confronting the person yourself; there is no judgement here.  Choose between a type-written letter (The Anonymous Letter) or a more personal, handwritten letter (The Anonymous Letter Plus) and add the option to your cart.  If your letter exceeds 500 words, please purchase a quantity of two.  Once you are satisfied with your selection, click on the Check Out icon.  From there, you will be directed to a form requesting your email address and billing information with a section in which you may type your letter.  Finally, you will be prompted to enter the recipient's name and address.  Within 48 hours of your secure payment, you will receive a confirmation email that your letter has been sent.

Will this be mailed from my home state?

No. We have multiple PO boxes and staff in every time zone, we guarantee your letter will not have a postmark from your state.  For international clients, please note your letter will be sent from a United States Post Office box. 

How long does it take to send my letter?

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving completed payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your letter is sent.

Do you send letters outside the United States?

Absolutely.  Please be advised at this time we are only able to edit letters written in English.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

How will I know if the letter has been received?

What happens if my letter is returned?

In the event your letter is returned to one of our PO boxes, you will receive an immediate, full refund.

Will you change my letter?

Minor changes to correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation can occur to ensure your added protection. If there is a catch phrase you are known for, we suggest not using it. We promise to make no change to the content of your letter.

What can't I write about?

You must refrain from any threats, admissions of involvement in illegal activity, or engagement in criminal activity; it will not be tolerated.
